We're looking for the people who really want to work at an ad agency and understand that it takes time to get where you want to go. You must be hard-working, dependable, ready to roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to get the job done including various administrative/clerical duties. If you have a degree or prior experience either working at an ad agency or have worked in the media, that's a good start and would be preferred. You'll be responsible for everything from answering the phones, doing marketing plans to managing accounts and keeping clients happy. All Account Executives have both sales and marketing responsibilities. They research potential prospects using effective, appropriate tools that help them understand client needs and marketing efforts. They match those needs with one of many divisions that MoonBeam Operates. (They can also develop new services customized to client's businesses.) Then they contact senior managers at assigned companies, and through multiple telephone interviews, conduct live demonstrations and close sales.

You will be fully responsible for a monthly Free men's life style magazine & website due to be launched summer 07, you will handle the day-to-day magazine editing and manage the editorial staff. S/he is in charge of discussing story pitches with writers and editors and leads second edits. The Managing Editor ensures that content is coming in edited on time and s/he meets with the Creative to ensure proper delivery of content for production. This position also carries administrative duties, such as invoicing, overseeing editors and editorial staff, and also marketing and sales duties to advertisement revenue targets to assure the continuity of the magazine.

Requirements: Bachelor's required. Extensive journalism experience working on magazines, newspapers or online-publications. Extensive experience managing a team. Excellent editing skills. Exceptionally organized, able to multitask on a daily basis. Target oriented with the flexibility to accommodate changes. Fashion/style consciousness is an asset. Full understanding of the market dynamics is a must. Some knowledge of electronic publishing, interactivity, multimedia applications is a plus.

The Web & Print Graphic Designers will support the Communications Department overall by working with our internal clients to develop and design Web enhancements, publications, and other materials that support marketing to its target audiences, nationally and internationally. Work closely with the president, communications and the communications team to support the organization's mission, vision and values through web and print-based design. Plan, create, and maintain ongoing design for multiple websites with specialized audiences. Support the creation of new websites using traditional and computer graphic methods within established deadlines. Create web graphics, animation, user interfaces and icons utilizing various production techniques, including computer graphic systems and software. Design and produce e-mails, print ads, brochures, posters, banners and postcards. Manage the design, layout and programming of content for web & print campaigns. Design and publish corporate online newsletters and HTML emails as required. Help develop e-marketing strategies and messages to support the company brand. Develop benchmarks for design innovation against competitive web sites and print media. Design and conduct interactive usability evaluations with users and modify UI mockups as required, taking into account budgetary considerations. Work with Business Analyst to understand innovative ways to use technology and the Internet to support company strategic development. Promote adherence to website style guides and rules that provide a consistent voice, tone and style of online content. Scan the public website daily for visual/content discrepancies. Recommend measurement and tracking tools. Confer with vendors, consultants and others regarding project specifications such as paper stock, graphic content, layout and media requirements. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field. 1 or more years design and marketing experience. Demonstrated visual design ability - web and print. Proficiency with all Adobe and Macromedia design software. Strong HTML and CSS hand-coding skills. Excellent written and oral communications skills. Strong customer relations skills. Web Developers/ Programmers (REF-WEBDEV) Click To Apply

Provides the lead technical programming skills and development abilities for creation and maintenance of MoonBeam's clients' websites consistent with defined web strategies. Act in a high-level technical role in the resolution of technical problems involving the creation of web sites and e-commerce applications. Lead role in programming and development needed to design, develop, enhance and maintain the functionality of the web site and back end store. Development and maintenance of ASP.NET web pages. Research, collect and interpret technical information and make appropriate recommendations pertaining to new technology. Assist in all documentation for projects and training efforts. Proactively share knowledge and experience. Fill in for other people or assist with other projects as needed to insure the overall success of the department. Building web applications as required while maintaining the assigned budgets and ease of use levels.

Requirements: Must have a B.Sc. Degree in Computer Science or at least 2 years of related working experience. Must have a minimum of 1 year specific application experience with applications and programming tools that we are currently using or be able to demonstrate ability to quickly learn a new tool set. Requires the knowledge, abilities and skills to analyze, plan, develop, implement, coordinate and complete specific programming assignments including experience designing and testing web/e-commerce systems, database integration, documentation of systems and projects, knowledge of ASP.NET, VB.NET, C#, JavaScript, Oracle database systems, and willingness to share knowledge and experience. Able to demonstrate excellent problem solving skills. Knowledge and experience in Oracle database development, management and integration. Knowledge and experience in systems administration of web and application servers. Must either already be proficient in or be able to demonstrate the ability to quickly become proficient in the following programming languages: ASP.NET, VB.NET, C#, PL SQL, Java Scripting, and HTML. Working knowledge of marketing and e­advertising applications a plus. Must have an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications. Must be willing to develop knowledge of Graphic Software applications such as Photoshop and Flash as needed. Ability to work well in a team setting or independently.
